About this listing
2010 CONCEPT STYLUS FAMILY CARAVAN – 21FT PLUS DRAWBAR DOUBLE BUNKS • FULL ENSUITE • SOLAR • HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING $36,000 negotiable Located in South Hedland, WA We are the second owners of this much\-loved family caravan\. We’ve travelled halfway around Australia in it and created some beautiful memories along the way\. We’re only selling because our family’s needs and future plans have changed\. FEATURES: • Approx\. 21ft caravan body, plus drawbar • Tandem axle • Tare weight: 2,065kg • Main island bed with storage underneath • Two bunks, including storage under the bottom bunk • Full ensuite with separate shower and toilet • L\-shaped dining area • Kitchen with oven, cooktop and grill • LG microwave • Dometic fridge/freezer • Air conditioning • Truma gas heater • Gas hot\-water system • Two solar panels • Two brand\-new batteries • CTEK charging system • TV • Roll\-out awning • Anti\-flap kit included • Front storage boot • Front toolbox • Two water tanks • Drainage hoses included • BreakSafe breakaway system • Brand\-new door lock • Manuals included • Victorian registration until February 2027 The caravan has been serviced annually\. We haven’t experienced any leaks or structural issues, and everything else works well\. To be completely honest, the fridge travel catches aren’t very strong, so we added childproof locks to keep the doors securely closed while travelling\. The toilet flush also needs a small adjustment or electronic component replaced\. The original owners explained that it was a simple setting or fuse\-type adjustment, but we unfortunately can’t remember exactly what needed to be done\. There is no annex, but the anti\-flap kit is included\. The caravan is still being used until sold, so inspection times can be arranged\. Personal and decorative items shown in the photos are not included in the sale\. It has been a wonderful family caravan and we’d love to see it go to someone who will enjoy it as much as we have\. Genuine enquiries are welcome\.
