  • Account details (name, email address, phone number)
  • Listing information (vehicle details, photos, location)
  • Enquiry content and communications
  • Payment information (processed securely via Stripe — we do not store card details)
  • Dealer business details (business name, ABN, address)

We also collect information automatically, including:

  • IP address and device information
  • Pages visited and actions taken on the Platform
  • Session and analytics data (via PostHog)

3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Operate and improve the Platform
  • Facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers
  • Send transactional emails (enquiry notifications, listing updates)
  • Send marketing communications where you have opted in

  • Sellers and dealers (when you submit an enquiry)

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as required to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Sold listings remain permanently visible as part of market transparency, but personal seller details may be removed on request.
