Terms of Service

1. About these Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of vanture.com.au and all related services operated by VANTURE Pty Ltd (ABN 40 695 652 046) (“VANTURE”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using our Platform, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Platform

VANTURE is a marketplace platform that connects buyers and sellers of caravans, campervans, motorhomes and related recreational vehicles. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. We do not own, inspect, or guarantee any vehicle listed on the Platform.

3. Accounts

  • You must be 18 years or older to create an account
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account
  • You must provide accurate and truthful information
  • You must not share your login credentials with others
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. Listings

When creating a listing, you agree that:

  • All information is accurate and not misleading
  • You are the legal owner or authorised to sell the vehicle
  • Photos are of the actual vehicle being sold
  • The vehicle is legally roadworthy or any issues are disclosed
  • You will not list stolen, encumbered, or fraudulently obtained vehicles
  • Listings may be reviewed and rejected if they do not meet our standards

5. Fees and payments

Listing fees and subscription charges are displayed at the time of purchase. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST. Fees are non-refundable once a listing is published, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

6. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
  • Scrape, copy, or republish content without permission
  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent our security measures or payment systems
  • Send spam or unsolicited commercial messages through the Platform

7. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided “as is”. VANTURE makes no warranty regarding the accuracy of listings, the identity of sellers, or the condition of vehicles. Buyers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence, including independent inspection and title searches before purchasing any vehicle.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VANTURE is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform, including losses arising from transactions between buyers and sellers. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
