- To forward your enquiry to the seller of the vehicle you are interested in
- To send you a confirmation email and follow-up communications related to your enquiry
- To connect you with finance options if you have indicated interest
- To detect and prevent fraudulent or abusive activity on the platform
3. How your information is shared
Your name, email address, phone number and message are shared with the seller of the listed vehicle so they can respond to your enquiry. We do not sell or share your personal information with any other third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Third-party services
We use the following third-party service providers to operate the platform:
- Supabase — database storage and authentication (data stored in Australia/US regions)
- Resend — email delivery for enquiry notifications and follow-up sequences
These providers process your data solely for the purpose of delivering the services described above and are bound by their own privacy policies.
5. Data retention
Enquiry records are retained indefinitely for fraud prevention, dispute resolution and platform integrity purposes. We do not delete enquiry data.
