I sent an enquiry — when will I hear back?

Enquiries go directly to the seller. If you haven't heard back within 48 hours, contact us and we'll follow up on your behalf.

How do I edit or remove my listing?

Log in and go to your Dashboard → My Listings. From there you can edit, pause, or mark your listing as sold.

I'm a dealer — how do I claim my business profile?

Visit /dealer/claim to start the process. If you've received an invite link, click through that first.

Something looks wrong on a listing — how do I report it?

Email us at hello@vanture.com.au with the listing URL and a brief description. We'll review it promptly.
