Why $0.69 instead of free?
A real (if tiny) payment keeps the marketplace clean. Free listings attract scam-bots, duplicate listings, and tyre-kickers — they clutter buyer search and waste serious sellers' time. The $0.69 is a small friction that filters for real intent without being a real cost. After EARLYBIRD ends, Silver goes back to $69.

How is my listing different from Facebook Marketplace?

What about specs for older or rare vans?
Honest answer: our spec sheet covers 4,000+ models and is strongest for newer (post-2015) Australian-market vans. For older or rare vans, you'll fill in the technical specs once — and we add them to the database. The next seller of the same model gets pre-fill thanks to you. The DB grows with the marketplace.
Who sees my phone number?
Default (no add-on): your real phone number is shown publicly on the listing. Silver with add-on ($19/month): buyers see a virtual number we issue; calls route to your mobile. Gold: phone privacy is included — virtual number for 90 days.
Can I edit my listing after publishing?
Yes — log in to your dashboard any time to update price, description, photos, or status. Edits go live immediately.
How do I value my caravan?
A simple rule of thumb is what you paid minus about 5% per year for the first 10 years — though upgrades and condition can play a major role. We're developing a free valuation tool that uses our model database + recent sale data. In the meantime, compare similar listings on the platform: most sellers price 5–10% above the mid-point of similar listings.
Do I need a motor dealer licence?
No — not for private sales of your own caravan. Each state has limits on how many you can sell privately per year. Check your state's rules if you plan to sell more than one.
How do I avoid scams?
Red flags: buyers who pay full price without inspection, who refuse to speak on the phone, or who push PayID / wire transfer urgency. Use phone privacy, arrange inspection in person or by a verified third-party business, take a deposit before holding, and never hand over keys before the money clears. The Nigerian prince — or the "family member buying remotely" — is not real.
