This is rocket. She's just been serviced and passed. She's had leaks in the past, She's old but still strong. Heaps of storage. 12volt and 240volt. 2 fridges. 1 is mini bar fridge 240 volt. Other is 70litre kings fridge freezer 240 and 12volt. My ute had a second battery with blanket solar panel to use the kings fridge off grid. The battery in the van is enough for lights and water pump. I never use air con and heating was a gas companion heater which you dont leave on at night. This van isnt glam but it was a roof over my head and I love it very much. I now live in a tiny home. Stability legs still good. Outside light has problems but I found it attracted bugs so I didnt bother fixing it. Included:Spare tyre. The gas bottle. Jockey wheel King single bed. Make a great spare room or for a road trip. I travelled around and lived in this for 3 years. Oven works with 2 burners on top. Hot water unit runs on gas. All windows open. 12 volt water pump. You cant run the kettle and hair-dryer at the same time on 240volt as it shorts out. The water tank you need to fill as I forgot to get the shop guys to make it a plug in water supply. Can still be done though. Reverse camera works if you have the screen in the car to connect it.
