About this listing
This 1999 Coromal Excel 505 is listed for $12,500 negotiable in Perth, WA. It is a used pop-top with a timber construction and a single axle, built to sleep four. Inside there is an island queen bed, giving two people a proper night's rest without climbing over each other. The van weighs 1500 kg empty (tare) and can carry up to 2000 kg fully loaded (ATM). Ball weight is 150 kg, which is the downward force the van places on a tow hitch. Fresh water storage is 90 litres, enough for a few days away. Air conditioning and heating are both fitted, so the Excel 505 suits trips through warmer or cooler months. At 5.05 m long, it tows and parks easily, and the pop-top roof keeps travel height low while opening up for standing room at camp. This Coromal is a straightforward, well-sized pop-top for couples or small families looking for a manageable timber van. Great for young family or a couple.
