About this listing
2015 Newlands Zodiac Semi-off road caravan. $59 000 Forster NSW Although manufactured in 2015 this van is in excellent as new condition and will not disappoint, you need to see it to believe it. It has had one owner who only used this van for travelling to coastal Queensland for each winter where it was on site for 3 to 4 months. It is perfect for touring or would make a great permanent onsite van. Due to some hail damage, it was completely reskinned in 2023 which provided the opportunity to check for any water damage and internal wear and tear etc and none was found. There were also lots of features replaced at the time with new hatches, new crim lock security door, new toilet cassette, new solar panels and a new awning. Oven was rarely used. Extra options include gas heating, Electronic Black Jack trailer jack, mounted toolbox, café seating replaced with cupboards and office chair style seating. Internally there is east/west bed, ample cupboard storage, ensuite, washing machine, Dometic 3-way 184L fridge/freezer. Dual water tanks and a grey water tank. Tyres replaced 12 months ago. 2 AGM110AH batteries replaced in 2024. Please contact Kenn for more information about safety installations and specifications and organise a time to inspect. Currently located in Forster NSW. Detailed specification sheet available to email if required. $59000
