About this listing
🚐✨ FOR SALE — 2025 TOYOTA HIACE SLWB PREMIUM OFF-GRID CAMPERVAN $159,900 | ONLY 8,450 KM | FOOTSCRAY, MELBOURNE VIC NEAR-NEW. PROFESSIONALLY CONVERTED. FULLY EQUIPPED. TRULY READY TO TRAVEL. If you’ve been dreaming about vanlife but don’t want to spend months researching, building, upgrading and working out everything you still need — this is your opportunity to skip straight to the best part. This is a near-new 2025 Toyota HiAce Super Long Wheelbase, purchased brand new and professionally converted into a beautifully finished, premium off-grid campervan. The conversion was only completed in April 2026, and the van has travelled just 8,450 km. Everything has already been carefully planned, professionally installed, tested and set up for real-world travel. Bring your belongings. Stock the fridge. Start travelling. ⭐ WHY THIS VAN IS DIFFERENT ✅ 2025 Toyota HiAce SLWB — only 8,450 km ✅ Professionally custom converted by Free Roam Fitouts ✅ Permanent high-roof conversion — NOT a pop-top Full standing height with no raising, lowering or setup every time you stop ✅ Huge 620Ah lithium battery bank ✅ Massive 1,200W rooftop solar system ✅ Powerful 3,000W inverter/charger ✅ DC-DC charging while driving + provision for additional portable solar ✅ 140L fresh-water tank ✅ Hot water + filtered drinking water + mains-water connection ✅ Professionally installed 40L grey-water tank ✅ Full kitchen with induction cooking ✅ Large 115L Dometic fridge/freezer ✅ Beautiful Tasmanian Oak benchtops ✅ Large deep sink + extendable preparation bench ✅ Cuddy Lite composting toilet ✅ Hot-water external shower ✅ Comfortable custom single-to-double bed system ✅ Extensive purpose-built storage throughout ✅ Three-way professional insulation ✅ MaxxAir Deluxe reversible roof fan + 2 Sirocco fans ✅ Portable hot-and-cold air conditioning ✅ Fiamma F45S awning ✅ Starlink Mini-ready professionally installed roof setup ✅ Simarine electrical monitoring ✅ Upgraded Mongoose alarm, immobiliser, GPS tracking and phone alerts ✅ Genuine Toyota dark-tinted windows ✅ Premium magnetic insulated privacy covers for every window ✅ Full custom flyscreen setup ✅ Ceramic paint protection ✅ Huge range of quality camping and touring accessories included 🏡 A PREMIUM TINY HOME — WITHOUT DRIVING A HUGE MOTORHOME One of the things I love most about this van is the balance. Step inside and you have a surprisingly spacious, beautifully finished home with a proper kitchen, large fridge, hot water, shower, toilet, excellent storage and serious off-grid power. Yet outside it remains a 5.9m Toyota HiAce — easy and familiar to drive, far easier to manoeuvre and park than a conventional motorhome, and discreet enough to use as an everyday vehicle. ⚡ BUILT FOR GENUINE OFF-GRID LIVING The electrical system is one of the real highlights. With 620Ah lithium + 1,200W solar + a 3,000W inverter, you can comfortably run everyday appliances including induction cooking, a kettle, laptops, chargers and other 240V equipment without constantly worrying about power. In my own travels, I have never run out of power or needed to rely on powered campsites. 🌿 TRULY TURN-KEY This is not a campervan where you buy it and then spend the next six months discovering everything you need to change or add. A huge range of practical extras has already been selected specifically to suit this van — including the awning setup, premium insulated window covers, custom flyscreens, portable heating/cooling, outdoor chair and table, levelling equipment, dedicated fresh-water equipment, electrical leads, shower setup and more. Detailed Van Spec The research has been done. The conversion has been done. The accessories have been bought. The systems have been tested. The next owner simply gets to enjoy it. 🎥 WATCH THE VIDEO WALK-THROUGH https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fy8o9s7wlA8&t=12s 📍 Location: Footscray, Melbourne VIC 💰 Asking price: $159,900 🛣️ Odometer: 8,450 km 🚐 Vehicle: 2025 Toyota HiAce Super Long Wheelbase 📅 NSW registration: until 18 September 2027 🔧 Toyota serviced: most recent service September 2026 📘 COMPREHENSIVE DETAILED SPECIFICATION AVAILABLE Serious buyers are very welcome to message me for the comprehensive 9-page detailed specification, covering the full professional conversion, electrical & solar system, water and hot-water systems, kitchen and appliances, sleeping layout, security features, dimensions, weight/GVM, service history and the complete list of accessories and extras included.
