We had the first service for our Zone caravan carried out at Coolum RV, and we were very impressed. My wife and I mistakenly arrived a day early, but despite having two other vans scheduled that day, the team kindly accommodated us and completed the service within just three hours. Nothing was too much trouble, and everything was done to our full satisfaction. Our only concern relates to a mud flap we ordered to help protect the steps from mud. Assuming it would be priced similarly to a standard mud flap, we didn’t think to ask the cost. We were quite surprised to later receive an invoice showing a charge of $252. We've reached out for clarification and are hoping for a reasonable explanation. If not, we may need to return it. It’s also worth mentioning that the workshop is immaculate—spotless and well-organised—which speaks volumes about the professionalism and care taken in their work.
