Dealz on Deane

Ok some so & so tried braking in to our caravan while in Townsville 😡 damage door lock mechanism & door handle.. I was able to patch it & had it locking so we headed of to Charters Towers & yep bloody thing failed couldn’t lock from outside 😔 So being on the Road travelling till we get home to Vic I got on the phone & luckily found Joann the Manager at Dealz knew her stuff & squeezed us in 1st thing Monday morning, 22nd Sep.. her husband Jamie is a legend.. the door mechanism was damaged as well due to being forced around the centre lock unfortunately this also effected the internal rods going to the top & bottom lock bars too.. so with Parts in Stock left hand hinge lock body & interior/exterior door handles it should have been a simple job… Jamie was able to get the job done & got us on the Road to Winton with a van we can now lock & leave safely again.. Great service & excellent workmanship 👌

We went into this store not knowing whether we'd be able to get the parts we needed for our caravan and we were very pleasantly surprised! The lady behind the counter was very welcoming and helpful and we left the store with part in hand and so pleased such helpful service is still available in this day and age. The electric brake break-away cable of my caravan broke on a recent trip to the Bivouac Junction caravan park and another Charters Towers business recommended Dealz on Deane St in Charters Towers as a business that may be able to help. Although not very hopeful, I contacted them by phone a little after midday on a Saturday and spoke with a lady called Joanne. Joanne returned to the business and opened up so I could buy a replacement cable. Many thanks to you Joanne for opening after hours. Very happy with the service.
