Mackay Caravan Insurance Repairs

The door on our caravan blew off 140km from Mackay on the Bruce hwy, Friday afternoon leaving a gapping hole in the side of our caravan. Luckily the person behind us called us on our CB to let us know, otherwise we wouldn't have had a clue. We retrieved the door off the side of the road. The next 2 hours we spent ringing insurance and trying to find someone to fix it for us with no success being friday afternoon until I rang Mackay Caravan Insurance Repairs. I spoke to Kent and he was prepared to wait for us late Friday and have a look to see if he could help. We were so lucky to get him. He did an emergency repair on our door while we waited. He fitted it back on our caravan so we could lock it up until we can get the door replaced. We so much appreciated what he did for us. Kent, you are a top fella, a good Samaritan and I hope you didn't get into trouble from your partner for being late home on a Friday. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We came into Mackay on a wet afternoon and discovered we had water dripping from the ceiling inside our van. Contacted this firm and was told to bring it down first thing in the morning. On arrival Adrian immediately set to work, found where the leak was coming from and instigated repairs. All done and back on the road within the hour. Very impressed with their prompt attention, professional & friendly service. Well done guys.
