Max provided us with the most comprehensive 1st service on our Snowy River SRC-18 and went way above our expectations of what we expected in a caravan service. Max assisted us with our Warranty claim with Snowy River Caravans and also installed our Electronic Tuson Sway Control, tightened the castelated Wheel Nuts fully adjusted our brakes. We felt much safer on our way home than we did previously in our new van. Simply put, Max provided us with the best service we've ever had. Had my camper trailer in for a check over before our big trip. Max went over our trailer and went above and beyond and even sealed around my water fill up point because he noticed it hadn't been done. I'm now confident that I'll have a problem free holiday. Max was recommended to us by friends who swore by his service. I was not disappointed. Reliable, personable, explaining everything in terms I can understand. We had the first service done on our snowy SRC 18, and the thoroughness was incredible. He picked up several warranty issues that I'm very sure the dealers would not have bothered with and took photos documenting everything. Great price for the hours of work involved. We will only use Max from now on, and won't be going back to the dealer for any work that needs doing.

Max has attended to a couple of warranty repairs on our Snowy River SRC18 now. He really knows his stuff and was able to help with some other issues he found.
