We were In prickly situation with our fridge dislodging and falling out. We rang John and he was happy to take a look as soon as we hit Rockhampton. We had some issues with our water pump which meant we could not do any Off grid camping. After a few phone calls we came across Robust industries. John was very helpful. He told us he would have a look at the pump to see whether it was an electrical issue or a pump issue. After inspecting it was a pump problem. He didn’t have any available we called RTM and they had a pump. John spoke to the store to make sure we got the right pump. When we returned he fitted the pump and we were able to continue on with our journey. I would highly recommend Robust industries for any of your repairs, especially emergency ones John is very happy to you help out to get you back on the road.

We experienced troubles this week when we put new batteries in our caravan. After numerous calls for help in Airlie Beach went unassisted and in some cases unanswered, we tried Robust Industries because we were travelling through Rockhampton. John was fabulous. Not only did he stay around longer than normal until we arrived but he quickly identified our problem and got us on the road without delay. Great service and a really nice guy. We would recommend this business without hesitation.
