Rang the team at RV Garage chasing some hard to come by parts for my Avan Aliner. They were obviously busy serving other customers so I left a message. They rang back promptly and once I explained what I was looking for, I was asked to hold on as they had a couple of Avans as spare parts. A couple of minutes later, success!!!!! my search was over, they had the parts, we exchanged details and my parts were on the way the same day. Called in with a jammed MH body door, gave them no advance warning, an hour before closing time, and they couldn’t have been more helpful! Wow, just wanted to say Jade is the absolute bomb!!! What this woman knows about caravans is crazy. We just purchased our 2nd caravan from cruise oz ... and once again sheer perfection. Jade does handover of your new van and informs you on absolute everything you need to know and much more. Her knowledge is mind blowing, her personality is infectious and you can't help but be in caravan awe of this woman. You can clearly see she has a passion for vans and her knowledge base is HUGE. We called Tracy right on lunch time with a random request for two window hatches for a European caravan. Tracy was so helpful on the phone we turned around and came back, we had been heading north to a different parts dealer. Seriously nothing was too much trouble. Tracy got the team on it and we were booked in, hatches sourced and bought [amazing given we have been working with other dealers for over eight months to source hatches]. The van is booked in for them to be fitted, all the team came together to make sure we were streamlined and the dates worked for us. The night before our large odd shaped front window gave in to the storm damage from last year and cracked, it was also on the way out. Tracy made calls and is working on sourcing this for us as well. If you need help, advice and support this team is your go to, they are amazing. Cannot recommend them highly enough and cannot praise Tracy enough for her persistence and willingness to go out of her way to help. I will be recommending them to everyone!! What a crew.
