Couldn't be happier with the good old fashioned service we received from Both Tash and Tom. Helped get our van get sorted with minor repairs through warranty and serviced it so we could transer the remaining warranty to the new owners. Would 100% recommend and bring business again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Caravan Captain Review Huge shoutout to Tom from Caravan Captain — absolute lifesaver! 🙌 We had one of those sneaky little water leaks that turned into more damage than we ever expected. Tom came out for an at-home inspection, found the issue straight away, walked us through everything, and made what could’ve been a total nightmare feel completely manageable. His knowledge, honesty, and attention to detail were next level. He treated our van like it was his own, and you can’t put a price on that kind of care when your home-on-wheels means everything to your family’s adventures. If you need repairs, inspections, or someone you can truly trust with your caravan, we couldn’t recommend Caravan Captain more. Absolute legends. 👏 — The Trittons 🚐🌴

1st time camping and hiring a caravan, had a few issues but the service from Tash and her team was excellent, very nice caravans..

We just picked up our new caravan a couple of weeks ago from Leader and instead of having to drive back there to get some warranty things fixed. These guys fitted us in, did an amazing job and also took the time to go through lots of info with my partner as we are new to caravanning. Tash was so helpful and we are very thankful for the info and help.

Just recently had my caravan serviced at the Caravan Captain. Tom and his team were very accommodating and absolutely lovely to deal with. They were able to get my caravan back to me quickly as we were travelling soon after and they did a fabulous job. Highly recommend!
