There was no service. I pulled in there as o bougbt my van from there. The service girl was rude and shunted me out as i had a nova van and said they no longer deal with them. She was abrupt and very rude. I wont reccommend them for sales or service. Never agin.

To Josh & the team at Caravan Hub, THANK YOU!! After the cable broke on the winch for our Jayco Penguin, we were wondering how long we would be out of action for, particularly after Jayco Townsville were booked out 8 months in advance. Josh told us to come straight in, clearly diagnosed the issue and gave a prompt quote and timeline. Next day, we are back on the road! Clear communication & updates via text from Josh & Kai, progress photos were emailed upon request & we left feeling confident and happy with the work done and advice given. Would recommend to any caravaners passing through!!

Honest. Very trustworthy. Reliable communication and excellent quality of work. We had a massive amount of work done on our van, water damage and structural repairs/rebuild to rear wall and entire roof. These guys raise the bar with their expectations of quality. Photos taken throughout the entire process and discussed beforehand when decisions have to be made. We opted to upgrade a few things i.e. better solar, new split system. Knowing that extra structure is built in where required for things such as panel mounting, awnings etc have us piece of mind, along with the photos. Every now and then you strike a service that does exactly what it says. This place is definitely that. The devil is in the details, the finishing off quality is exceptional. I am a very fussy tradesman and have high expectations. I highly recommend the Townsville repair centre. YOU ARE in good hands.
