The Caravan Man

Lisa and Mark are genuine and beautiful people that provide amazing services. They kept me well informed during the repair period, alerting me of a secondary fault, spending additional time searching for it, even arranging a mobile repair man to address the issue. Caravan mobility and time availability for me was a slight inconvenience, however they adjusted their schedule to fit it in a suitable time frame for me, very greatful for the additional steps they took to accommodate me and my van. Excellent service fixing all the issues with our Innovan Camper after a rough trip to the Cape. Now towing much better in the road with new shock absorbers, leaking pipes repaired, new roof vent and new awning. Thanks for the great service and excellent communication.

Recently had some minor works and a NSW Roadworthy inspection done to our caravan whilst travelling Australia (Apparently I was their first one). Lisa and the team were outstanding.
