Made some enquiries in regards to replacement of my awning. I was quoted approximately $2700 fitted. Whilst discussing this with the lady behind the desk, somebody in the next office was making loud comments. I thought he was having a phone conversation with somebody else but he was actually being rude to us. I was about to pay for the awning and fitment even though I questioned the price. He commented again and I asked the sales person, "Is he talking to us?". She replied, "Yes". I was astounded by his rudeness. I told him I would no longer be purchasing anything from them and left the premises. Go find out for yourself. Beware. Something wrong with this person.

Zero accountability, met with one very rude Heather. We dropped our van off to have one of our water tanks replaced. We delivered it the day before, parked the van off to the side as requested, and placed the tank securely on the front toolbox so it wouldn’t be left on the ground or in the way. It appears the van was moved with a forklift while the tank was still on the front, causing the tank to wobble and dent the front panel of our four-month-old van. We understand accidents happen and only wanted to make them aware so that, perhaps, a little more care would be taken next time. How wrong we were. Heather’s response was nothing but rude—she shifted the blame onto us and showed no accountability whatsoever. We are extremely disappointed and will not be returning or recommending them.

If I could give this company more Stars I would. I phoned them and explained my concerns about the caravans brakes. They fitted me in around their booked work. They were extremely supportive, knowledgeable and thorough in their work and informative on what they did and what I needed to look for. As we were only travelling through Mackay, I was absolutely blown away by the rapid service. If you need anything 'Caravan' in Mackay, I would recommend TULLMACK CARAVANS as your first call.

I just called to see if this company could reseal my hatch because it's leaking. Mackay is currently experiencing heavy rain. I was disappointed when the lady on the phone said they couldn't help me. I asked if there was no possibility at all, as I didn't need the repair done today. She responded that it would take about three months and then nearly hung up. As a traveler, customer service is really important to me, and this experience made me feel sad. I wanted to write a review to share my thoughts.
