Yard 5 Caravan Repairs

Great service! We’ve had our fridge not working for 2 weeks and 1500 Ks we had called numerous people (over50) and nobody could or would give us their time to look at it without waiting for weeks ….we pulled up at yard 5 and Mitch offered immediately to have a look , he spent at least 30 minutes trying to fix it , and pin pointed the problem although he didn’t have the part and we were unable to purchase it in Mackay at least he was the first person who was willing to assist us. Thank you Mitch your time and care was greatly appreciated.

Travelling from WA in a pop top campervan I was having problems with the roof. Called all the caravan repairers in Mackay - too busy. Went to see Mitch and explained the problem, arrangements were made to return a couple of days later and he rectified the problem ( by thinking outside the box!) and I was back on the road a few hours later. He charged a fair Abs reasonable price and would be my go if in the Mackay area in future. Exceptional customer service.

Mitch and his very experienced men - dropped other less urgent jobs to help us; they fully repaired our Sterling van bearings issue with precision and a smile! … and at a very reasonable rate! Thanks guys *****

Mitch is an absolute legend, he fit us in knowing we were on a tight schedule, did a fantastic job fixing our water tank issues at a great price, and then went above and beyond helping us sort out a tow ball weight issue. Would thoroughly recommend and will be back for any future work we may need. Thanks Mitch.

Many thanks Mitch and crew. Fitted us in for some minor repairs on our Jurgens van with not much notice. Great care to detail and excellent customer service. Felt like someone we had known for years. Will return again when back in Mackay. Dave and Carolyn.
