Takalvans

I booked the caravan in for a fridge service. They said do you want us to check the brakes and bearings, I said yes, they didn't do the fridge service and charged me $905 for the rest. So a days lost wages $400, $200 in fuel, $905 service and my fridge still doesn't work. So no I wouldn't recommend them.

Takalvans were fantastic to deal with. Justin and his team went above and beyond to make the purchase and handover the easiest we have experienced. Nothing was to much trouble. Would highly recommend Takalvans for a caravan purchase.

The team at Takalvan caravans have been exception from when we first ordered our new Manta Ray mid last year. Justin provided good advice when we selected the model without any pushy sales pitch. We were kept informed at every stage and on delivery given a thorough run-down on the van which took 2 hours. Since then they have provided excellent telephone advice when needed and fixed some very minor issues we encountered. Thanks to the whole team we are very happy with our van and the team at Takalvan Caravans.

Our experience with the Tacklevan Bunderberg Qld Team was positive and empathetic to our requirements, they added an oven, a second solar panel and Diesel Heater, all within a 2 week time frame to continue our Tassie trip. There was never a task too big and was actioned immediately. The new 2024 MY19ER Manteray is awesome for a travelling couple who wish to travel off grid at times We cannot thank you all enough.
