Unfortunately we would NOT recommend this business - although the warranty work was completed, it was not without issues, including damages to our brand new caravan including a cracked splashback, a power point pulled through the switch/wiring damage (as it was caught on back of the fridge) plus scuffs / dents. We originally booked our new caravan in for a warranty fridge replacement & quote to relocate batteries noting that the emails & phone calls stipulated that the door frame needed to be removed to allow for changeout due to size of fridge. This was discussed many times including on drop off the morning of. The booking only required the caravan for one day. A pre inspection was completed at drop off (8:30am)with no defects listed because again, it is a brand new van.Photos of condition of van at drop off show that these issues are also not present prior to the van being worked on. At approximately midday the day of, we received a call from Natasha (owner) advising us that the door frame needed to be removed to get the fridge out & they did not have time to do this in the one day as it was an 8 hour job. I advised that this was always the plan and was physically written in the email and coms etc. The job card did not contain this information nor did it list the battery relocation quote.We then attended the centre to discuss options with Natasha (owner) where I raised my concerns, noting that I was quite upset because we had spent a significant amount of time/money to get the van in for this specific date to have this done and had to be back on the road that night due to other commitments . The only accountability that the business took was that the employee who did the booking ‘no longer worked there’, Nothing that I did not just discuss the booking with one person, it was discussed with multiple staff. Otherwise it was every other excuse such as’its the joys of living out of town’, ‘it’s nearly Christmas’, It’s the van manufactures fault for design of windows’ Whilst upset, the owners response was ‘I think it’s best that we don’t do the works because we don’t like to deal with disgruntled customers’. Given that they caused this debacle and had no empathy to the situation, I had every reason to be upset. It should have been red flags when the owner told us multiple times that we don’t set out to damage vans but it was highly likely it could happen when doing the works (ie scratches when resealing frame). I was advised that every care would be taken but that wasn’t the case. Although staying another night caused issues for us, we had to get the works completed so left van for works to be done & planned to pickup the next day. It was ready mid morning which was appreciated.We arrived to the dealership & no one came to do a physical handover as such. Keys were given to us and we completed a visual inspection of the workmanship where damages were identified.Given the rudeness & poor attitude encountered by the owner the previous day, I was not comfortable dealing with them again & truthfully, before even sending the feedback we knew it would be denied. I sent photo images of damages to owner as feedback & as expected, received complete denial. I also asked for the quote for battery relocation but was told it could not be done as it was a sealed unit (despite this being apart of the booking). I advised yes, you have to take the screws off to see batteries located under the bed, that was the whole point of the quote to relocate and this was also explained on drop off / handover. I would not feel comfortable giving this business the physical opportunity to fix the damage caused given that they thought this was an appropriate way to hand back our brand new van, I’ll give them every opportunity to make this right in other ways but they will not be working on our van. The customer service & attitude from the owner was appalling, I wish I had read more reviews before letting them work on our van. I always support local, family businesses but not when this is the quality of work or type of customer service experienced.

I needed my DO45 pin changed from my old tongue onto my new one but don’t have the right tool with me in Rocky. So I called this place to see if they could do it for me as a favour as it’s literally one nut and can be done in about 30 seconds. Yeah sure they said, leave it with us and we’ll give you a call. When I arrived to pick it up they stung me $40!!! I didn’t argue cause I was in work uniform, but they 100% implied they would do it as a courtesy then ripped me $40 after the job was done. Absolutely disgusting way to do business, telling everybody I know to stay away.

Great service, had a cruise master D045 supplied and installed where bolt holes don't align, not an issue for this firm, old holes filled and ground to disappearance. Service and minor repairs carried out to the highest quality trade work possible. And all completed at a very reasonable cost. Further, very helpful stress free drop off and pick up with their professional staff. Very impressed and recommend highly.

We are travelling from WA and our van needed a service and a few minor things fixing, staff were friendly and we had no problem getting it booked in. Although they couldn't fix our washing machine fault everything else was completed. They were also great in letting us keep our van in the yard while we stayed with family in Rocky.
