About this listing
2016 Horizon Casuarina Motorhome – Fiat Ducato – 96,000km Listing on behalf of my grandparents, who purchased this motorhome to enjoy travelling around Australia. Unfortunately, they are no longer able to undertake the trips they originally bought it for, so they've made the decision to sell. This 2016 Horizon Casuarina has travelled only 96,000km and presents in very good condition inside and out. It's been well looked after, drives beautifully and is a great size for travelling, offering all the comforts of a larger motorhome while still being easy to drive on a standard car licence. Free camping and off-grid capable, with a 200Ah lithium house battery, DC-DC charging and provision for portable solar. Well equipped for extended trips away from powered sites, with onboard water storage, gas cooking, hot water and bathroom facilities. Features & Inclusions: • 200Ah lithium house battery • DC-DC charging while driving • 240V mains connection & automatic battery charger • Anderson plug for portable solar • 240V & 12V outlets inside & outside • Double-glazed hopper windows • Built-in blinds & flyscreens, including rear door • Insulated ceiling & upper walls • 175L compressor fridge/freezer • 3-burner stainless steel stove • 240V microwave • Stainless steel sink • Filtered drinking water • Bathroom with integrated shower • Premium SOG toilet with 19L cassette • Gas hot water system • Fresh & grey water tanks with level indicators • Wind-out awning • Electric slide-out entry step • 180° swivel driver & passenger seats • Fiamma Turbo Vent roof fan • Sirocco fan over bed • 19” Smart TV/DVD & Winegard antenna • Twin 4kg gas bottles with changeover valve • LED lighting inside & outside • Fire extinguisher, fire blanket & smoke alarm The double-glazed windows and insulation help keep the interior comfortable in both hot and cold weather. The lithium battery and charging setup make it a great option for free camping, with the ability to recharge while driving or connect portable solar when parked up. The layout is practical and comfortable, with everything needed for extended trips, including a full kitchen, shower, toilet and plenty of storage. A quality Australian-built Horizon motorhome that has been genuinely cared for. It's a shame my grandparents can no longer enjoy the travelling they had planned, but hopefully it can go to someone who will get plenty of use and enjoyment out of it. Will be sold with a roadworthy certificate (RWC) and gas compliance certificate. Located Gold Coast. Genuine enquiries and inspections welcome.
