It was treated thoroughly with Canvas Magic, has not returned, and the canvas remains fully waterproof — proven over several trips since. It is cosmetic staining, not active mould. Rather than refit it myself, I've purchased a genuine Purpleline (the OPUS manufacturer) replacement canvas kit — new tent canvas plus new air bladders, which retails for around $4,000 — included in the sale, supplied unfitted. The next owner decides: fit the new kit for an effectively as-new tent (workshop or capable-DIY job; Opus/Setup Camp can carry it out), or keep using the current treated, waterproof canvas and retain the kit. Front gas compartment: dents and some peeling paint. Purely cosmetic — closes and locks correctly. Everything else presents and functions well. With a genuine ~$4,000 OEM canvas kit already in the deal and the current canvas fully usable, this is a heavily-equipped OP4 priced where a standard one sits.
